My colleague here at Charles Darwin University, Anthony mentioned this report from OCLC, 2004 Information Trends: Content, Not Containers.

Amongst other things its discussing the'growing phenomenon of content being created, published and shared outside the traditional structure of the library.' It contains a very useful glossary. I now know what a 'wiki" is!!!!
